Our Company

Three Leaf Catering is owned by Boulder restaurant group, Three Leaf Concepts.

Locally owned and operated, Three Leaf operates some of Boulder’s most iconic dining destinations, including The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, The Chautauqua Dining Hall, and Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant.  In nearby Louisville, Three Leaf Concepts features The Huckleberry, and Zucca Italian Ristorante.

In addition to our restaurants, Three Leaf also owns a small, organic farm in Lafayette.  The farm grows organic produce, herbs, and flowers for use at the restaurants and in our catering services.

Our Farm

Three Leaf Farm, Lafayette, CO

Our commitment to fresh, local, and organic ingredients led us to create our own farm. Three Leaf Farm is located in Lafayette, Colorado, tucked along the banks of the picturesque Coal Creek, with amazing vistas of the Continental Divide as the scenic backdrop.

Our small farm grows a wide variety of produce, including vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Almost 100% of the harvest goes directly to the restaurants to be used in our seasonal menus. The farm is also home to our chicken flock, which provides fresh eggs, and our dairy goats, who gift us with their milk for hand-crafted cheese.

The farm allows us to provide organic, seasonal, freshly harvested ingredients in an affordable way. It also strengthens our commitment to cultivating a more sustainably focused company with strong ties to our community. Much of our restaurant kitchen waste is returned to farm for composting, creating a strong cycle of sustainable agriculture.

Our chefs work directly with our farmer to ensure the highest quality, seasonal produce for our menus, and these ingredients are also readily available for our catering menus.
